e. Upon receiving the defective product, we will inspect it to verify the reported defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange process.
f. If the product is out of stock or unavailable for exchange, we will offer you the option of a refund or a suitable alternative, as per your preference.
g. The exchanged product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that the availability of the replacement product may vary depending on stock levels.
